•         6–9+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience

•         Strong experience leading global payroll and time integrations

•         Deep background in integration architecture and delivery

•         Proven ownership of the full integration lifecycle, including:

•         Strategy & design

•         Data transformation

•         Implementation

•         Transition to support teams

•         Comfort operating in complex, multi-vendor environments

•         Experience supporting international payroll implementations

•         Spain, Portugal, and Argentina experience is a plus, but not required

•         Ability to work effectively with Europe and LATAM stakeholders

•         Strong communication skills, while remaining technically focused

Required Experience & Qualifications

•         6–9 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with a strong focus on Global Payroll integrations.

•         Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, payroll replication, and integration best practices.

•         Experience delivering integrations on time and within defined deadlines.
