We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP TIBCO BW Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using SAP BW/4HANA and TIBCO BW technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and SAP BW functionalities, as well as proficiency in TIBCO BW development tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using SAP BW/4HANA and TIBCO BW
- Develop and maintain TIBCO BW processes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP BW and TIBCO BW environments
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and define data integration needs
- Document and maintain technical specifications and design documents
Mandatory Skills
- Strong understanding of SAP BW/4HANA architecture and functionalities
- Proficient in developing and maintaining TIBCO BW processes (e.g., BusinessWorks, Designer)
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques
- Experience with SAP BW data sources and extractors
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA and TIBCO BW development
- Proven track record of successfully delivering data integration projects
