We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI (GenAI) Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) and modern machine learning frameworks. This role requires hands-on expertise in building scalable GenAI applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT-based models, open-source LLMs)
- Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
- Develop APIs and backend services to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications
- Fine-tune and evaluate models for domain-specific use cases
- Work with vector databases and embedding models for semantic search and context retrieval
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define AI-driven features
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI systems
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML or GenAI
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of NLP concepts, embeddings, and vector search
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and working with open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with real-time AI applications or chatbots
