* 5–7 years of experience in performance testing
* Strong hands on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter
* Expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner / JMeter / K6
* Good understanding of P&C Insurance domain
* Experience testing web services / APIs (REST/SOAP)
* Strong SQL skills for database validation and performance analysis
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
