  • Strong hands-on experience in L3 Application Support.
  • Solid expertise in Java and Spring Boot applications.
  • Good experience supporting Angular front-end applications.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of SQL / databases.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, AppDynamics, etc.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
