Key skills/knowledge/experience: Experience range: 8- 15 years.
• 8–15 years of Workday functional experience with deep expertise in one or more modules (e.g., HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Payroll, Talent/Recruiting, Compensation, Security, or Financials).
• Workday certification(s) in relevant functional area(s) preferred; experience supporting Workday releases and change management strongly desired.
• Strong functional configuration skills across business processes, security roles/domains, calculated fields, condition rules, validations, and reporting; able to work effectively with Integration/Extend teams when technical components are required.
