• 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Strong consultative and design‑thinking mindset
• Highly end‑user empathetic and customer‑focused
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Experience designing across web, mobile app, kiosk, and in‑store experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (ADA/WCAG)
