Own UAT Planning and Execution Across Releases Drive end-to-end UAT planning for multiple cutover releases, including timeline creation, entry/exit criteria, and daily execution tracking to ensure on-time completion. 2. Manage Dependencies and Cross-Team Coordination Identify and actively manage dependencies across source and target systems, data migration, environments, and upstream/downstream teams to prevent UAT delays. 3. Lead UAT Governance, Defect Management, and Readiness Run UAT governance forums, track defects to closure, and provide clear readiness status and risks to QA Director and program leadership for go/no-go decisions.
