We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Microservices Engineer / Technical Lead with strong experience in FinTech domains such as KYC, contract origination, and pre-qualification services. The ideal candidate will design and build scalable, cloud-native applications while leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities 
Backend Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven systems
- Apply microservice architecture and design patterns for scalability and performance
- Implement secure APIs using OAuth and SSO
Cloud & DevOps
- Develop and deploy applications on Amazon Web Services
- Work with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes – EKS/ECS)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins
- Use version control and collaboration tools such as Git and Jira
Data & Messaging
- Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL / Aurora
- Implement event streaming using Apache Kafka
- Integration & APIs
- Integrate with enterprise platforms and API gateways such as MuleSoft
- Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless UI-backend integration
- Support performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution
