• 8+ years of experience in IAM, CIAM, cybersecurity, or related engineering roles
• Strong hands‑on Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) experience
• Strong hands‑on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) experience
• Strong Active Directory experience (users, groups, OUs, permissions, service accounts)
• Strong Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD experience (enterprise apps, CA, MFA, governance)
• Experience across identity lifecycle management and application onboarding
• Experience with SSO, MFA, federation, and access governance
• Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM
• Experience supporting B2B, B2C, partner, and external‑user identity models
• Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication, authorization, provisioning, and MFA
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Experience with adaptive / risk‑based authentication
• Experience with identity governance, RBAC, access reviews, and certifications
