Job Description:
Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
- Oversee WAN/LAN, cloud, and data center environments, ensuring availability, performance, resilience, and scalability.
- Direct major infrastructure initiatives, including data center exits, system migrations, upgrades, and legacy decommissioning, with documented plans, risk management, and business sign?€’off.
- Own and govern the cybersecurity posture for the business, including security controls, patching, access management, and alignment with corporate security standards.
- Act as the security and architecture partner for Engineering, ensuring development and production environments meet security and compliance expectations.
- Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies are defined, tested, and executed by the team.
- Lead management of VMware based?€’ virtualization and platform services across the application stack; collaborate with Engineering and MSP partners
IT Operations & Service Management
- Oversee IT operations and service delivery, with accountability for SLA performance, KPIs, and user satisfaction.
- Act as the senior escalation point for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and platform?€’related issues impacting Engineering or the business, translating technical risk into business impact and priorities.
- Govern infrastructure and security vendors and managed service partners, with clear accountability for outcomes, service quality, and compliance with enterprise standards.
