Interview Process: 1-2 video
Required Skills:
– 5+ years in project/program management, often with 3+ years in leadership, in telecom, software, or related tech fields.
– Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent experience. PMP certification is a plus.
– Technical Skills: Strong grasp of software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or specific broadband tech.
– Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to foster a growth-oriented culture
Additional Comments
