- 15+ years of experience in Management Consulting / Strategy Consulting (mandatory)
- Strong background in Analytics Strategy, Data Strategy, or Enterprise Transformation
- Experience working with CXO/Executive-level stakeholders
- Proven delivery of large-scale transformation programs (Data, AI, Technology, Operating Model)
- Strong experience in hypothesis-driven problem solving & opportunity identification
- Hands-on experience in program management, governance, and execution of complex initiatives
- Experience managing onshore/offshore teams independently
- Strong exposure to cost optimization / spend management
- Excellent executive communication & storytelling skills
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams without direct authority
- Experience in BizOps / Enterprise AI / Technology Transformation programs
- Exposure to modern data platforms, AI/ML strategy (at a high level)
