• Scripting: Shell, Python, Perl
• ITSM/Monitoring: ITIL processes; integrations with tools such as ServiceNow, AppDynamics, OBM, Grafana/Graphite
• Security: LDAP/SSO concepts, role-based access, audit/patch compliance
