Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:           
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal| state and local lawsregulations and Corporate procedures and guidelines| the duties and responsibilities for this position are Test Method Development Automation
-Develop and optimize test methods to support characterization and verification of medical device components.
-Automate simulated use test setups to reduce manual intervention| increase throughput| and enable extended continuous testing cycles.
-Build test scripts| instrument control logic| or hardware automation solutions to streamline testing workflows.
Prototyping Fixture Development-Design| prototype| and refine 3D printed test fixtures to support evaluation of early-stage prototypes and pre-clinical testing needs.-Construct and assemble sample components to support device performance testing| characterization| and feasibility studies.
Process Equipment Evaluation-Evaluate and optimize settings on new manufacturing printers (e.g.| high precision or additive manufacturing systems) to determine suitable parameters for producing high density multi electrode components.
-Experiments with the document configurations that improve electrode impedance and signal to noise ratio (SNR).
-Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure test findings translate into scalable production processes.
Data Collection| Analysis Reporting-Analyze test data| summarize findings| and communicate insights to cross functional RD| quality| and manufacturing teams.
-Maintain clear| accurate engineering documentation| test protocols| and technical reports. P
erforms other duties assigned as needed.
Candidates must be highly proficient in reading| writing| and speaking English language.
Ability to multitask and provide responses satisfactorily and with immediacy is required.
Employee must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities and responsibilities.
Ability to understand and follow complex written procedures is required.
Ability to function in a team environment and deliver on team objectives is required.
