Project Manager – Oracle ERP (EBS) | Manufacturing Domain

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite) within the manufacturing domain. The role involves leading end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, and support projects while ensuring alignment with business processes, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation and rollout of Oracle EBS modules for manufacturing (e.g., Inventory, WIP, BOM, Procurement).
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integration, and data migration activities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and best practices.
• Drive user training, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-implementation support.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10+ years of experience in project management with Oracle ERP EBS.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Oracle EBS modules (Inventory, WIP, BOM, Costing).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle EBS certification.
• Experience with ERP integrations and cloud migration.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
