- 12+ years of experience in documenting business processes and collaborating with IT and business communities.
- Agile
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a business analyst role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with Visio for process mapping and documentation.
- Experience with MS Office tools for documentation and presentations.
