Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile SDLC, sprint execution, deployment coordination, and Azure DevOps (ADO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of Agile projects and release activities in an enterprise environment.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and delivery management skills, along with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, release management, and deployment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate deployments, release schedules, and production rollout activities.
• Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint tracking, backlog management, release tracking, and reporting.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, deployment governance, and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Identify project risks/issues proactively and drive resolution plans.
• Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and executive updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Agile delivery processes.
Required Skills
• Strong experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience coordinating application deployments and release management activities.
• Good understanding of Agile SDLC processes and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing sprint cycles, user stories, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience tracking project metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Experience working in enterprise-level application delivery projects.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
