• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification – Mandatory
• Agentforce Specialist Certification – Mandatory
• 5-8 years of Salesforce Developer/Admin experience
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, administration, and Agentforce AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable Salesforce applications, developing Lightning Web Components, and working within Agile/SAFe environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5-8 years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience
• Strong expertise with Salesforce CRM, Apex, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce Pages, Workflows & Approvals
• Experience with Dashboards, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Email Templates, Roles & Profiles, Package Installations, and AppExchange tools
• 1+ years of Lightning Web Component (LWC) development experience
• 3-5 years of experience with APEX, Core Java, and JavaScript
• Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, and AutoRABIT preferred
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents using Agentforce
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe methodology environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in onsite/offshore support models
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools
• Exposure to IVR technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, Chatbots, etc.
