We are looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Developer to design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered agents within Salesforce Service Cloud. This role focuses on developing Agentforce topics, actions, grounding, and orchestration while ensuring production readiness, reliability, and measurable business outcomes.
Details
Total experience of 10-12 years with 8+ years of experience working in Salesforce implementation projects
Hands-on experience deploying at least 1–2 Agentforce agents in production.
Strong experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, and Service Cloud.
Solid understanding of Agentforce concepts (topics, actions, grounding, handoff).
Experience supporting production systems and resolving live issues.
Design and develop Agentforce agents including topics, routing logic, instructions, and orchestration flows.
Build and maintain Agentforce actions using Salesforce Flows and Apex.
Configure and optimize grounding sources (Knowledge, structured data, Data Cloud).
Deploy and support Agentforce agents in production environments.
Create and maintain Agentforce runbooks for topic failures, action errors, Flow/Apex dependencies, and integrations.
Implement monitoring and observability for agent sessions, topic accuracy, action latency, escalations, and failures.
Develop dashboards and reports linking agent performance to case outcomes and business resolution metrics.
Troubleshoot production issues using Salesforce logs, agent session traces, and event monitoring.
Detect and manage agent behavior drift caused by changes in topics, actions, grounding data, or instructions.
Partner with platform, integration, and product teams to improve agent quality, reliability, and scalability.
