📢 Hiring: ServiceNow Engagement Lead

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engagement Lead to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-level ServiceNow projects for a large public sector client. This role requires a strong leader who can manage stakeholders, oversee project delivery, and ensure compliance within a secure FedRAMP environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading ServiceNow implementations and managing multiple project workstreams from planning through deployment and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, and governance.
✅ Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams.
✅ Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive status updates.
✅ Ensure platform implementations comply with FedRAMP and public-sector security standards.
✅ Drive Agile project execution using NowCreate, Scrum, and sprint-based methodologies.
✅ Manage project risks, issues, decisions, action items, and change requests (RIDAC).
✅ Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and client teams to deliver scalable solutions.
✅ Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.
Required Qualifications
✔️ 8+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Professional Services, or Digital Transformation projects.
✔️ 5+ years leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
✔️ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
✔️ Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Preferred Experience
⭐ Public Sector, State Government, or Local Government project experience.
⭐ Experience working in FedRAMP or highly regulated cloud environments.
