Job Title: Hyperconverged Host (HCI)
Location: Chicago / Indianapolis – All 5 Days Onsite
Job Type: Contract (C2C)

Key Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in Designing & Administering Hyper Converged Infrastructure (Power Flex, VXRAIL)
- Experience on Power flex & VxRail RCM upgrades
- Experience on adding new compute, storage & Network devices
- Experience in configuring Dell SCG to new power flex environment
- Experience on cloud link for encryption
- Basic understanding of Power flex/VxRail network connectivity.
- Experience on VMware hypervisor
- Hands-on experience in Delivering HCI Solutions for Data centers and specifically integrating with existing customer environment.
- Need to communicate with customers in solutioning the HCI infrastructure which includes Performance/redundancy/security/Network & Monitoring.
- Need to Plan & execute migrations from existing on-prem environment to HCI which includes planning the project timelines, functional units and deadlines.
- Need to work closely with the customer in Implementing & Administering HCI best practices, ensure solutions work as intend in the customers environment.
- Actively contributes to the Design, configuration layout and performance tuning of HCI (Power flex, VxRail) and non-DELL products, e.g. Nutanix.
- Leading multiple initiatives such as cross skilling, Services documentation collateral, cross Team collaboration
- Participate in Leadership meetings, and plan for upcoming products & implementations.
- Leading and Design migration solutions for Data center tech refresh computer and information networks
- Facilitate training, mentor team members on best practices and functional
