- 9+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Consultant with a focus on Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM configuration and business processes.
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting end-to-end.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and deliver system configurations accordingly.
- Experience with EIBs, calculated fields, business process frameworks, and security groups.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
