Job Description :
- A Product Manager- 14+years is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver customer-centric products that align with business goals.
- The role works closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Marketing, Sales, and stakeholders to build, launch, and enhance digital products and platforms.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements, Convert business needs into product features and user stories, Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and stakeholders, Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancement, Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer analysis, Manage product backlog and sprint priorities, Define KPIs, success metrics, and product performance tracking, Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release planning, Collaborate with leadership on business growth and product strategy, Analyze user feedback and continuously improve product experience, Product Strategy & Roadmap, Product Lifecycle Management, Requirement Gathering & Prioritization, Backlog Management, User Story & Acceptance Criteria Writing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Customer Experience & User-Centric Thinking, Market & Competitor Analysis, Product Analytics & KPI Tracking, A/B Testing & Feature Optimization, Stakeholder Management, Cross-functional Collaboration, Strategic Thinking, Communication & Presentation Skills, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Negotiation & Influencing Skills, Experience working with SaaS, Digital Products, Mobile Apps, FinTech, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Product Management, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
