Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. This role requires a strong backend development background with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, as well as experience in modern cloud environments (GCP and AWS). You will lead a team of developers, contribute to system architecture, and work on both backend and full stack development involving PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and front-end frameworks like ReactJS and React Native.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based backend services using Spring Boot.
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS CloudFormation.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers through code reviews, design discussions, and agile development practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work with PostgreSQL and BigQuery to manage data models and large datasets.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS and React Native.
- Monitor application performance and reliability using New Relic and proactively address issues.
- Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Retail industry experience is required
- good to have Auto industry exp and knowledge of NAPA Standards
- Experience in Java development with a strong grasp of Spring Boot.
- Proven experience leading software development teams.
- Strong expertise with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and/or AWS CloudFormation.
- Solid experience in working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in BigQuery for handling large-scale data analytics.
- Experience with modern front-end technologies: ReactJS, React Native.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like New Relic.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and agile development methodologies.
