Required mandatory: Must be fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and supporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP & CSRD is a plus
- 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting
- 2+ years of processing mapping and proficiency in BPMN
- Ability to turn data and analysis into clear stories and actionable insights
- Understanding of automation and integration technologies
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- 2+ years of hands-on project experience in the design, configuration /development, and delivery of business process solutions
- Ability to interact and collaborate with diverse cross-functional groups
- Self-directed, independent worker able to start from high level objectives and able to deliver detailed analysis
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with Lucid Charts is a plus
