We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive data integration, system integration, and data warehouse initiatives for a healthcare payer environment. You will own end-to-end delivery, from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout, coordinating matrix teams of business, data, and technology stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare payer experience is required (e.g., claims, enrollment, membership, provider, or eligibility data domains)
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Delivery Lead on data integration, ETL, data movement, or BI projects
- Strong hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables on complex projects
- Experience leading matrix teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- PMP certification (a plus)
- Experience with data warehouse or data mart implementations
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance (HIPAA, HL7/EDI/X12)
