Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Palo Alto, CA (Onsite)
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizens only (Experience working with public sector clients such as Federal/State Government or Department of Defense is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Visual Force (VF Pages).
- Build and enhance applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Perform integrations using REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, and Platform Events.
- Utilize Force.com API, SOQL, and SOSL for data interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sharing rules, bulk DML, Apex callouts, etc.
- Implement and support CI/CD DevOps processes using tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
- Collaborate with global teams and communicate effectively.
- Maintain compliance with SOX or ITGC standards as required.
- Prioritize tasks and deliver results under shifting deadlines.
- Leverage experience in ticketing systems like JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications:
