📍 Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite – 5 Days a Week)

We’re looking for a seasoned developer who brings a strong understanding of system design, software development life cycle, and hands-on experience in a large-scale corporate environment.
🔍 What You’ll Do:

Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance code.

Solve complex technical issues through innovative thinking.

Collaborate across teams to improve coding standards and system architecture.

Engage in continuous learning, DevOps practices, and contribute to engineering best practices.
✅ Your Skillset Should Include:

3+ years of experience in software engineering.

Strong hands-on skills in Mainframe Assembler, IMS, DB2.

Familiarity with DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, etc.).

Experience in debugging and maintaining codebases in complex environments.

Exposure to agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
💡 Preferred: Experience with cloud technologies and monitoring tools.
