Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in CRM-related solutions, including Lead to Order, Customer Service, and Employee Experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules such as SOM/CRM, CSM, HRSD, and FSM, and hold relevant ServiceNow certifications. This role requires strong solution design skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across CRM and employee experience domains.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Stay current with platform capabilities and guide strategic platform adoption.

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SOM/CRM, CSM, HRSD, FSM.
  • ServiceNow Certified (CSA, CIS, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in Lead to Order and Customer/Employee Experience solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
