Position:: BI Developer

Key Responsibilities:
· Work with VRS business unit personnel, and other stakeholders to extract data from legacy systems and transform it into a format compatible with Workday HCM.
· Define and document the mapping of data fields between legacy systems and Workday’s data structures.
· Ensure the transformed data that is ready to be loaded into Workday is accurate, complete, and adheres to data quality standards through various validation techniques.
· Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
· Work closely with the data team to ensure data integrity, quality, and availability.
· Monitor ETL pipelines for performance and troubleshoot any issues or bottlenecks.
· Optimize data processing workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency.
· Document ETL processes and maintain best practices for data integration.
· Identify and resolve data-related issues that arise during the conversion process.
· Maintain detailed documentation of data mapping, transformation rules, and validation procedures.
· Develop and run test cases and scripts

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or closely related field
· Total 6 (six) ’ experience in data conversion/ETL projects with at least three (3) in migrating data from legacy systems to Workday HCM.
· Previous experience in migrations working with Kronos, Cornerstone, and Workday is a plus
