This hybrid role involves designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments—while also facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving Agile best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering roles
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy, Bash)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
