Job Description:

 

Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, catalog items, integrations, modules, and workflows— customizing only when necessary.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical  solutions. 

• Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with industry best practices, focusing on  an out-of-box approach where possible. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in across the ServiceNow platform 

• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. 

• Create and maintain technical documentation 

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of development experience in ServiceNow. 

• Strong scripting skills, experience with JavaScript 

• In-depth subject matter expertise in these ServiceNow Modules: 

o Integrated Risk Management 

o Third-party Risk Management 

o Security Incident Response 

o Vulnerability Response

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required 

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred 

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for any module is preferred 

• Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies. 

• Ability to be self-directed, proactive and work with a sense of urgency and ownership • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
