🔍 Key Skills We’re Looking For:
-Expertise in CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and Maven
-Strong Unix Shell Scripting and SQL knowledge
-Hands-on with Splunk, Dynatrace, and incident monitoring tools
-Experience with ITSM – Incident, Change & Problem Management
-Proven L2 Support experience
-Cloud exposure: AWS & PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry)
🛠️ Tech Stack / Tools:
-Ticketing: Remedy
-Monitoring: Splunk, Dynatrace
-Collaboration: Rally, Confluence
-Access: CyberArk, Putty
-File/DB Tools: WinSCP, Toad
📝 Responsibilities Include:
-Incident management in coordination with OCC/Monitoring teams
-Application artifact deployment during release windows
-RCA for high-priority incidents & implementing fixes
-Supporting UAT & ensuring system readiness
-Documentation of processes, KB articles, and troubleshooting steps
