Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect – Healthcare & Life Sciences
Location: East Newark, NJ (Hybrid, 2 days Onsite – only local)
 
Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong background in Health Cloud, multi-cloud implementations, and enterprise-level integrations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory standards, and will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and innovative Salesforce solutions across various healthcare and life sciences clients.

o Begin each with a present tense action verb; “develop software” • Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to translate healthcare workflows into system requirements, especially for patient intake, care coordination, and provider management.
• Design and configure care plans, care teams, and patient engagement features in Health Cloud.
• Govern deployment strategies, including multi-org management, release planning, and rollback execution.
• Build scalable custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic) via HL7/FHIR APIs and Mulesoft.
• Support large-scale data migrations using tools like Data Loader and Workbench.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and project planning using frameworks such as MoSCoW and DSDM.
• Oversee security models, user access controls, and role-based visibility settings.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and ensure architectural best practices.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience including 5+ years in architect or senior consultant roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare/life sciences projects.
• Strong integration experience using MuleSoft, HL7, FHIR, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in data modeling, workflow automation, and Lightning component development.
• Experience with multi-cloud implementations across industries (e.g., Blue Cross, AmeriHealth, Beckett Dickinson, Charles Schwab).
• Strong knowledge of deployment governance, branching strategy, and release management.
