Role: Oracle QA / Tester role should be strong in Financial Module
Location: RTC, NC (Onsite)
Mode: Contract/Full Time
Functional 30% | QA (BAT/UAT) 30% | CoE Framework, Driving Initiatives 20% | Communication & Leadership, Executive Reporting 20%
- More than 12 plus years of software QA experience developing and implementing testing strategies.
- Experience writing test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and doing risk analysis prior to product releases.
- Experience in finance domain process areas AP, AR, OM, I2C, GL, P2R, preferably with Oracle EBS.
- Experience in building test process guidelines, CoE frameworks, team governance, managing multiple program tracks.
- Experience in BAT, UAT with test status reports, capturing quality metrics, QA reports.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with executive reporting
- Experience testing workflow systems a plus.
- Automation skills would be a plus.
- qTest/Jira/Agile SCRUM experience required.
