Are you a detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer looking to make an impact? Join our IT team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across our organization. Your expertise will drive scalable architecture and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop various ServiceNow applications and modules.
– Customize UI and workflows using JavaScript, Glide API, and UI Policies.
– Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
– Configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
– Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
– Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
– Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, and CSS.
– Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
– Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
– ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
– Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer are a plus.
– Experience with ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD is advantageous.
– Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF and enterprise security standards.
