Job Title: Warranty Data Analyst – Pattern Expansion Specialist (Analyst 2)
Location: Warren, MI (Hybrid)
Duration: 24-month Contract
Preferred Start Date: Mid July 2025
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field
* 2–4 years of experience in warranty, quality, or service operations within the automotive industry
* Strong critical thinking and investigative skills
* Familiarity with dealership repair documentation and vehicle diagnostic codes (DTCs)
* Excellent documentation and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
* Proficiency in Excel required; Power BI experience a plus
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
