Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Network Products & Platforms
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite at 1 New York Plaza, NYC | 2 days remote
Duration: Long-term contract with potential for full-time conversion (6–12 months)

Interviews: 2–3 rounds (1–2 via Zoom + 1 in-person)
Domain: Networking & Infrastructure – Not investment banking focused
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in networking and infrastructure technologies to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of next-generation network products and platforms. This role involves working across hardware, software, tooling, and AI-driven network solutions. You’ll collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, AI, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, performance-oriented networking products.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Gather and prioritize network product requirements from internal technology and business stakeholders.
- Own and manage the product backlog; build and communicate multi-year network strategies.
- Develop and execute communication plans; conduct user feedback cycles and satisfaction surveys.
- Track KPIs and product success metrics, iterating based on usage and feedback.
Product Development & Strategy:
- Build and maintain a consumable product and service catalog across hardware and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, operations, AI) to deliver scalable network solutions.
- Define product roadmaps, manage product lifecycle, and ensure version control and standardization across regions.
- Own financial aspects of products including TCO and lifecycle value.
Technology and Vendor Management:
- Research emerging networking technologies and identify transformative solutions.
- Coordinate Proof of Concept evaluations and collaborate with vendor management and procurement.
AI/ML & Innovation:
- Identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases for network ecosystems (e.g., traffic prediction, self-healing networks).
- Collaborate with in-house data science teams and AI vendors to deploy intelligent network solutions.
Risk & Compliance:
- Partner with internal Risk teams to identify, assess, and remediate product-related risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk and governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 10–15+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in networking/infrastructure domains
- Strong knowledge of:
- Network architecture and protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF)
- Hardware platforms (routers, switches, terminal servers)
- Network monitoring tools
- Experience managing both hardware and software products
- Familiarity with:
- AI/ML applications in networking
- Tooling ecosystems (CI/CD, diagnostics, monitoring)
- SDN, SD-WAN, 5G, Wi-Fi, Cloud Networking, Routing/Switching, and network security
- Strong skills in:
- Product lifecycle management and roadmapping
- Client engagement and communication strategy
- Agile product development methodologies
- Data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI/ML platforms or data pipelines in production environments
- Exposure to emerging technologies like Quantum Computing
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
