Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for Macs, iOS devices, Apple Watch, and Apple TV
Troubleshoot macOS and iOS operating systems effectively
Strong problem-solving skills — able to diagnose and resolve issues without scripted guides
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle high-pressure situations
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience with ITSM or CRM systems to manage support tickets
Good understanding of IP networking and web-based system architectures
Ability to work both independently and as part of a distributed team
