🚨 Hiring: Okta IAM Engineer – 8+ Years
Visa: Any Visa Except OPT & CPT (Onsite)
We’re looking for a seasoned Okta Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise IAM solutions. If you’re a subject matter expert in Okta and passionate about secure access, automation, and system integrations, this is for you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Architect, implement & support Okta (SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory)
Integrate cloud & on-prem applications with Okta
Automate user lifecycle (joiners/movers/leavers) using Okta workflows
Troubleshoot Okta access & integration issues
Collaborate with IT/security/app teams to gather & deliver IAM solutions
Document configurations, processes & standards
Stay up-to-date with Okta features and IAM best practices
Ensure security compliance across IAM initiatives
🛠 Tech Skills Needed:
Expert in Okta SSO, MFA, UD, and Lifecycle Management
Strong with SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
Scripting knowledge: PowerShell / Python / JavaScript
Experience with AD, LDAP, APIs & IAM architecture
🎓 Nice to Have:
Okta Certified Professional or Administrator

Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience
