Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of proven expertise in building, automating, and scaling cloud-native infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, technical leader, and hands-on implementer with a deep understanding of DevOps culture, tooling, and enterprise-level scalability.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments

Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

Drive containerization strategies using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE)

Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of production systems
-
Lead automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment
-
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with developers, QA, and security teams

Implement observability solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic
-
Perform cost optimization and performance tuning on cloud platforms

Establish DevSecOps practices and ensure compliance with security policies
Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with leadership exposure

Advanced hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Mastery of CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, etc.

Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, etc.

Deep experience with Kubernetes and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)

Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Go

Strong background in Linux administration and performance tuning

Expertise in version control (Git) and branching strategies
-
Familiar with security standards (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
Nice to Have:

Exposure to DevSecOps and automated security testing tools

Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, CKA)

Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments
