Virtesys LLP a US-based facility services company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimation and Contractor Support Agent to join our night-shift team. This is a full-time on-site position at our DHA Phase 6, Karachi office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor contractor check-in/check-out after hours
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Track and follow up on urgent work orders
- Escalate issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare accurate estimates based on scope and vendor input
- Review and verify paperwork and service orders
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Maintain systems with up-to-date pricing and material costs
Requirements:
- Experience working with international companies is mandatory
- Strong English communication skills (American accent preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in Facility Maintenance is a plus
- Familiarity with Supply Chain and Logistics is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
