Education: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information

Systems, or other related field is required. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational

requirement.

Required Experience:

  1. Experience implementing Records and Information Management systems (RIM)

Preferred Experience:

  1. Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for RIM applications.
  2. Experience with integrating RIM applications with other enterprise systems.
  3. Familiarity with system administration tasks, including system configuration and
  4. performance monitoring.
  5. Applicant should have a general understanding and experience with the following
  6. components or similar technologies: Case Foundation (workflow), Content Manager (document repository), and Enterprise Records Foundation (retention management).

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the installation, administration, configuration and support of applications.
  2. Coordinate enhancement, modifications or upgrades with users, developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, governance groups, and change management teams with a goal of aligning testing processes.
  3. Produce documentation related to the provisioning, maintenance and support of the system.
  4. Initiate roll-back procedures and information related to validation and components.
  5. Provide training to new users and take the lead when troubleshooting system problems.
