We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 12+ years of experience in delivering data-driven insights, building scalable analytics solutions, and driving strategic decisions across business functions. This role requires deep expertise in data modeling, advanced analytics, and business intelligence tools, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

  • Design and develop robust dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

  • Translate business questions into analytical solutions and clearly communicate findings

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, data requirements, and reporting needs

  • Perform data mining, data profiling, and root cause analysis on critical business metrics

  • Work closely with engineering and data warehousing teams to optimize data pipelines

  • Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices are followed across all analysis

  • Support executive decision-making with strategic, data-backed recommendations

  • Automate recurring reports and build scalable analytics frameworks

  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices

     Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence

  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL – queries, stored procedures, joins, aggregations

  • Expertise in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros)

  • Experience with Python or R for data wrangling and statistical analysis

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data services (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)

  • Proven ability to present data in a clear, concise, and actionable way to senior leadership

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
