Hiring: Measurement & Insights Lead, AI & Innovation Products
Location: Remote (based in Seattle, WA preferred)

We’re seeking a Measurement & Insights Lead to drive high-integrity analytics across internal AI and innovation products. This role bridges strategy and execution—designing smart measurement plans, implementing telemetry, and delivering clear, decision-ready insights.
What You’ll Do:
Design and implement measurement strategies for internal AI tools
Build dashboards (Tableau/Pyramid), run queries (Snowflake), and analyze behavior (GA)
Connect user behavior to business outcomes
Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams
Deliver clear, actionable insights through structured reporting
What You Bring:
5–7 years in product analytics, data strategy, or measurement
Expertise in Tableau, Snowflake, Google Analytics, Excel
Experience with telemetry, survey tools (Qualtrics), and KPI design
Strong communication and analytical rigor
