Job Description:
Required Qualifications (8+ Years Experience)
- Expertise in ETL development using Informatica IICS, IDMC, or PowerCenter.
- Skilled in integrating data from various sources (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, PDFs) into Tableau.
- Proficient in writing complex and optimized SQL scripts.
- Strong background in data analysis, system analysis, and data warehousing.
- Solid technical documentation and diagramming skills using tools like Visio, Erwin, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in planning and delivering enterprise-level software platforms.
- Programming skills in Python.
- Worked within Agile teams and familiar with JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and testable code using best practices.
- Knowledge of security principles, especially related to healthcare data.
- Experience with modern BI tools and data visualization platforms.
- Strong multitasking and self-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
- Industry experience in Healthcare and/or working with HHS agencies.
- Experience handling PII/PHI data securely.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, APIs).
- Experience building web user interfaces and working with Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience building dashboards/reports in Tableau, including data source integration.
