Hiring: Lead Project Engineer (Responsible Engineer Authority)
Location: Camden, AR

We are hiring a Senior Project Engineer to join a nationally recognized organization managing multiple high-priority defense production programs including PAC-3, Mk 72, ATACMS, Javelin, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Engineering Responsible Authority (REA) for resolving product non-conformance
-
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions in collaboration with quality teams
-
Support yield improvement, design enhancements, and process optimization
-
Engage in MRB activities and cross-functional technical decision-making
-
Apply DFMEA, PFMEA, TDP, and MRL frameworks
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience OR
-
Graduate degree with 7+ years OR 13+ years of relevant experience without a degree
-
US Citizenship required (security clearance eligibility)
-
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action in production environments
Preferred Skills:
-
Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, and materials analysis
-
Six Sigma familiarity or certification
-
Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills
Location: Onsite – Camden, AR (Relocation support available)
