Our client, a nationally recognized leader in defense and advanced communications, is seeking a senior professional to lead product strategy and market growth for their SATCOM portfolio.
This high-impact role focuses on building a unified go-to-market strategy, driving strategic partnerships, and expanding SATCOM capabilities for both U.S. and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage SATCOM product portfolio strategy

Lead market research and growth-focused strategic capture initiatives
-
Collaborate with global teams and DoD partners to drive technology expansion

Blend terrestrial and BLOS communications into multi-orbit SATCOM offerings

Identify and grow business through partnerships, internal investments, and acquisitions
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience, or Master’s with 13+ years
-
19+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree
-
Prior experience in the DoD and SATCOM industries is required
-
Strong background in business development and strategic planning
-
Ability to travel up to 25%
-
U.S. citizenship required; visa sponsorship not available
Preferred:

MBA from an accredited institution
-
Experience with defense primes and integrators
Schedule: 9/80 (every other Friday off)
Location: Rochester, NY or Remote
