We are hiring an experienced Project Forecast Administrator to join a leading Insurance organization in New York City. This hybrid contract role focuses on project financial management, reporting, and PMO governance within a dynamic and high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts

  • Analyze financial performance and report key metrics

  • Collaborate with project and product managers on financial guidance

  • Streamline financial and governance processes for accuracy and efficiency

  • Support PMO with tools, templates, audits, and compliance documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field

  • 10+ years of financial/project management experience

  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA preferred)

  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills

  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management
