We are hiring an experienced Project Forecast Administrator to join a leading Insurance organization in New York City. This hybrid contract role focuses on project financial management, reporting, and PMO governance within a dynamic and high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts

Analyze financial performance and report key metrics

Collaborate with project and product managers on financial guidance

Streamline financial and governance processes for accuracy and efficiency

Support PMO with tools, templates, audits, and compliance documentation
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field

10+ years of financial/project management experience
-
Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA preferred)

Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
-
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management
